Recover from fatigue and refresh your body and mind with the uplifting scent of amanatsu oranges!
The venue is Kai 69, a beautifully renovated traditional townhouse located in Hamasaki, an area in Hagi designated as a Preservation District for Groups of Historic Buildings. In this calm, cozy space—full of the quiet charm unique to a traditional Japanese townhouse—you can relax and enjoy a refreshing yoga lesson.
While yoga classes are held here throughout the year, this special session features aroma yoga with amanatsu essential oil. Made from pesticide-free amanatsu oranges and 100% natural ingredients, the gentle citrus fragrance is light even for those who aren’t fond of strong scents. Come and experience a soothing yoga session that restores both body and mind.
