Join us on our bicycle tour of Hagi! After passing through Hagi Castle Town, an area that is full of history and life, we’ll head to the top of a mountain for a panoramic view of the town. Along the way, enjoy sights like traditional earthen walls, bright natsumikan oranges, sun-dappled forests, and the clear blue sea. Cycling through these changing landscapes, we’re sure you will fall in love with the beauty of Hagi City.
Our high-performance e-bikes make it easy to reach the summit of Tatokoyama, and the tour also passes through the charming traditional streets of the Hamasaki district. You won’t even break a sweat!

Schedule
- Meet at Hagi Seminar House
- Explanation of the course and how to ride the e-bike
- The course will go as follows: Hagi Castle Town → Pass through peaceful areas with rivers and fields → Enjoy a cup of summer orange juice and views from the top of Mt. Tatokoyama → Hamasaki Preservation District → Kikugahama Beach

Please note | ・You must be taller than 145 cm to ride the e-bikes provided. ・In the event that rain is forecast during the day of the tour, we will be in contact with you to decide whether or not to proceed. ・Please bring a light jacket with you as it may be chilly even during summer when cycling through the mountain. ・If you bring rainwear, we recommend that you wear separate tops and bottoms so that you can move around more easily and stay dry (not a full-body raincoat). ・There is a bottle holder fixed on the e-bike, so you can attach your drink bottle for ease of access. ・We also have a small saddle pack that attaches to the e-bike to keep your valuables safe. ・We strongly recommend that you bring water during hot weather to prevent heat stroke. |
