Join us for a hands-on coffee bean roasting experience inside a traditional Japanese townhouse in the Akiragi area of Hagi. After the workshop, take a stroll through the charming streets of Akiragi and soak in its historic atmosphere.

Schedule
- 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm: Introduction to coffee beans and roasting methods
- 2:00 pm to 2:45 pm: Coffee bean roasting session
- 2:45 pm to 3:00 pm: Feedback & reflections and Q&A
- 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm: Sit back and relax with a cup of coffee
