Join us for a hands-on coffee bean roasting experience inside a traditional Japanese townhouse in the Akiragi area of Hagi. After the workshop, take a stroll through the charming streets of Akiragi and soak in its historic atmosphere.

Roasting coffee is easier than you might think—come ready to have fun, and let’s enjoy making delicious coffee together.

  1. 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm: Introduction to coffee beans and roasting methods
  2. 2:00 pm to 2:45 pm: Coffee bean roasting session
  3. 2:45 pm to 3:00 pm: Feedback & reflections and Q&A
  4. 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm: Sit back and relax with a cup of coffee
